This Agreement is entered into on 23 April 2026 between Three Dolts websites and Client Name for the delivery of Business website design and development.
1. Parties
This Agreement is made between Three Dolts websites ("Developer") and Client Name ("Client").
2. Project
Three Dolts websites will design and develop a professional business website for the Client, including responsive pages, contact forms, basic on-page SEO setup, performance optimization, and deployment support.
3. Timeline
Work will begin after confirmation of the signed agreement and deposit payment. The estimated delivery timeline is four weeks, provided the Client supplies required content, branding assets, approvals, and feedback on time.
4. Payment
The total project fee is payable in two stages: a 60% deposit before work begins and the 40% balance before final handover or deployment. Delays in payment may pause project delivery timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client will provide all required content, logos, images, logins, approvals, and timely feedback needed for delivery. Any delay in providing these materials may extend the agreed project timeline.
6. Revisions & Change Requests
The project includes up to two reasonable rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions, new features, or changes outside the approved scope may be quoted and billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, the Client will own the final approved website deliverables created specifically for this project, excluding third-party tools, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and frameworks licensed separately.
8. Support
Three Dolts websites will provide post-launch support for minor bug fixes for 14 days after handover. Ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting, SEO campaigns, content work, or future enhancements are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Fees for work already completed and approved remain payable.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
11. Special Terms
Domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins, paid stock assets, and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless clearly listed as included in writing.
By signing below, both parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
